Who am I: 

My name is Mario! I've been playing games since I was a kid like most people and it shaped a lot of my life. I have spent my career working in Automation and Devops processes for different companies big and small. After 15 years, I found myself wanting more from my life and less reliance on the attempt to climb the corporate ladder. Starting a game studio was always a dream of mine that I just assumed was out of reach. Turns out it was easier to get started than I thought! 

What am I working on? 

This is the very early days of my journey. Most of the things I'm working on are far in the future still but I'm working hard to build my skills and learn to build the best game I can. I use gamemaker currently but I'm looking forward to learning more tools over time. 

What have I worked on in the past? 

My friends and I joined a game jam in January that kicked off this idea in my head. We had a lot of fun in those two weeks and we are looking forward to doing more! Check it out here!  https://violetmario.itch.io/wic-light
